Airtel will soon start 24×7 online chat based customer support service. This service will be available on Airtel’s official website and is termed as ‘Airtel India WebChat’.


We’ve previously reported how important customer support is for any company. Airtel started social media as a customer support channel.

But any wrong move or mistake from social media managers could hurt the company’s image. This is because the transparency of social media channel. This might have forced Airtel to move to an online chat based customer support service which is fast and at the same time, very safe for the brand image and consumer perception.
