AIRCEL Launches 3G Service In Kolkata

After Chennai, Karnataka and UP East, AIRCEL the fast growing Pan India telecom operator in the country, today announced launch of 3G Mobile and Data service in Kolkata telecom circle.

As an Introductory offer Aircel announced FREE Trial of its 3G service for all its postpaid and prepaid subscribers in Kolkata telecom circle. To Avail the FREE 3G Offer subscriber needs to send SMS “START 3G” to 121 or “TRY 3G” to 121.

To access Aircel Pocket Internet 3G, simply SMS “3G” to 5800000. You will get a welcome message with the url : http://3g.pocketinternet.in message. Open this URL through GPRS. Click on the category that interests you. In each category, you will find content which you can either download to your handset or stream.

For convenience of prospective 3G Mobile and High Speed Data service users, there is no changes for Voice and SMS tariff and it will be charged as Aircel 2G GSM Plan and customer can clubbed any 3G data plans specially tailored for all segments as their needs and suitability.The 3G local, STD and Roaming Video Call cost will be 5 paisa/sec (Rs.3/minute).
