Vivo has quietly launched the Vivo Y12G smartphone in India. The company has listed the device on its website and it is already on open sale. The Vivo Y12G comes with a massive 5,000mAh battery and a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. It is a smartphone for the affordable category and comes in a single variant only. Vivo Y12G comes with a 6.51-inch Halo FullView display. It has a tear-drop notch at the top center housing the selfie camera. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 SoC coupled with up to 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.




There is a dual-camera setup at the rear with a 13MP primary lens and a 2MP depth sensor. The front has an 8MP selfie sensor. Also, there’s an LED flash at the rear. The smartphone’s internal storage can be increased up to 256GB with the help of a microSD card.

Vivo Y12G packs a massive 5,000mAh battery along with 10W standard charging. It is a 4G capable smartphone that comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for additional security. It comes in two colour variants - Glacier Blue and Phantom Black. The smartphone is already available on the company’s Indian website for users to purchase.
