The 10000mAh Mi Power Bank 2i variant now costs Rs 799, while the 20000mAh variant will retail for Rs 1,499. So both the variants received a price cut of Rs 100 in the country. Nevertheless, these are the launch prices of both the power banks because, in April 2018, Xiaomi hiked the prices of these two power banks by Rs 100, which took the price of Mi Power Bank 2i 20000mAh variant to Rs 1,599 and Rs 899 for the 10000mAh model. That said, Xiaomi hiked the prices earlier because of the changes in tax structure, but the reason behind the price reduction is yet to be revealed by the brand.
