Xiaomi is expected to take wraps off the Mi 7, its next-generation flagship at the MWC 2018. The upcoming Mi 7 and Mi 7 Plus will offer top end features at mid-range prices. Recently, rumours have revealed the pricing details of the Mi 7 flagship smartphone. The new information coming from Chinese media claims the Mi 7 will be available at starting price of 3000 Yuan. The high pricing is because of the top end specifications the device will be bringing.

Xiaomi Mi series have previously carried comparatively low prices starting for 1999 Yuan until 2017. Last year’s Mi 6, the first device with dual-cameras was launched with a price tag of 2499 Yuan, and the premium ceramic variant was priced at 2999 Yuan.
The flagship is said to arrive in two models – a smaller Mi 7 featuring 5.65 inches 18:9 aspect ratio display and a Mi 7 Plus model with 6.01 inch OLED screen from Samsung.
The Mi 7 is almost confirmed to arrive with Qualcomm’s top line Snapdragon 845 mobile platform. The base model of the Mi 7 may carry 6GB of RAM. There are also speculation that Xiaomi will launch another advanced Mi 7 series phone with 8GB RAM.
As for the cameras, the Mi 7 duo are expected to come with AI equipped dual rear cameras. There will be a 20MP + 12MP dual rear sensors along with LED flash as part of the camera module.
