On the occasion of its 12th anniversary in the state, the company announced a much-needed step in the tariff plan department. Aircel said that it will be offering voice calls to any network at 20 paise per minute for its subscribers in the state.

"These products have been constructed to meet both voice as well as data needs of its customers especially allowing them to stay connected with their loved ones across India at only 20p per minute on all networks," said a press statement from Aircel.

As said earlier, Aircel will be offering both on-net and off-net calls at same 20 paise/min rate, and customers have to recharge with an amount of Rs. 39. This tariff plan is valid for both new and existing Aircel subscribers in the state. "The calling rates at these price bands are unique to Aircel and demonstrate the commitment of the company towards continuous deliverance of best in class value for money products and propositions," it added.

Speaking at the launch of these new products, Deepinder Tiwana, Circle Business Head Aircel, Jammu and Kashmir said, “As a customer-centric organisation, we are constantly driven by customer insights and feedback.
