Reliance JioFi Wi-Fi Hotspot Device Now Available for Just Rs. 999; Discounted Price Until September 30

Reliance Jio has been sensational with the JioFi range of Wi-Fi hotspot devices. Although the JioFi device is priced at Rs. 1,999, the company has managed to sell it in good number. Today, Jio announced that its popular JioFi will be available for as low as Rs. 999 until September 30 on the occasion of the festive season.

This offer is applicable only for the JioFi M2S model, and the device can be purchased at the discounted price on Amazon India and Jio.com. Also, you can get the product at Rs. 999 in all the Reliance Digital stores across the country.

That said, only the dongle price is reduced. If you want to enjoy the free data and voice services, you have to get a new Jio 4G SIM card and recharge it with Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan offer. Also, you can use your existing Jio 4G SIM card with the JioFi hotspot device.

The JioFi dongle from Reliance Jio allows you to create a Wi-Fi hotspot connection, and you can connect up to 31 devices. That said, you can even make calls from Jio 4G network with the help of the JioFi. All you need to do is to connect your 2G or 3G smartphone with the JioFi hotspot and download the Jio4GPhone app from Play Store to make and receive calls for free.

The JioFi dongle offers download speeds of up to 150 Mbps and upload speed of 50 Mbps. Furthermore, you can insert a microSD card in the Jio. It comes with a 2300mAh battery, which will last easily for six to eight hours on a single charge. There's a micro USB port for charging the JioFi.

Recently, CMR India said that the Reliance JioFi now has 91% of market share. "The launch of consecutive free data services followed by availability of Mi-Fi data cards at different prices along with aided the consistent growth of Reliance Jio with 91% during the same time period, says CMR India," said CMR India in its report.
