Lenovo India is teasing a smartphone launch in the country in coming days, where the brand is expected to unveil the Lenovo K7 Note smartphone. The K7 Note will succeed the last year’s K6 Note, which was released as an exclusive offline model. The K6 Note did not achieve massive success as the previous generations K series of phones because of the mediocre hardware and steep pricing.

Lenovo is teasing the upcoming Killer Note smartphone as a powerful smartphone saying “Ordinary performance will be a thing of the past. The new #KillerNote is set to blow you away! Uncaging soon.” Everyone is wondering what Lenovo would be unveiling. Well, here’s the answer.
The Lenovo K7 Note is now spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking site, which revealed that the phone would be powered by the MediaTek Helio X20 chipset. 4GB of RAM will accompany the chipset. However, there might be a 3GB of RAM version as well because the phone caters to the budget segment, where vendors are used to launching different RAM and storage options of a phone. The listing shows the smartphone as K8 Note, but its supposed to be K7 Note.
The listing also revealed that the phone was Android 7.1.1 Nougat while benchmarking, which is an expected thing. Apart from these, the listing did not disclose any further details about the phone. Rumours claim that the K7 Note will have a 5.5-inch Full HD display and a massive battery. The device may feature a dual camera setup as well, which will be a huge set back for brands such as Xiaomi who have single camera smartphones until now.
