Reliance Communications, the Anil Ambani-led company, is finally offering decent plans for its users under the postpaid segment. The company is offering four new plans exclusively for new users, and the plans should be purchased from the company’s new online portal- rcom-eshop.
The new RCom plans are called as Jalsa Unlimited, and they start at Rs. 239 and goes all the way up to Rs. 499. RCom is offering these plans only in its 4G circles- Delhi, Mumbai, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh. Also, as mentioned earlier, the plans are only for new RCom users.
With these plans, RCom is providing data at just Rs. 11.1 per GB. There are four plans- Rs. 499, Rs. 399, Rs. 333, and the Rs. 239 plan. Nevertheless, these are RCom’s previous plans itself, but the company is offering 28 percent with all the four plans for one year. That said if you choose the plan now, you will get the plan at the same rate for the next one year. The total discount offered by RCom for one year is Rs. 2,400.
Customers have to choose the plan from the RCom portal mentioned above, and the SIM card will be delivered to your doorstep by an RCom executive, where the activation process will also be taken care.

Speaking about the plans, these are the affordable 4G postpaid plans available in the market currently, better than Airtel’s postpaid plans. The Rs. 499 plan is the best of the three as it gives 30GB data irrespective of your handset model (4G/3G/2G), along with unlimited voice calls to any network across India including incoming and outgoing roaming calls. There would be 3000 SMS per billing cycle, and the plan will be valid for 30 days. Apparently, this plan costs per GB data at just Rs. 16.6.
