HTC to reportedly unveil the One A9 and Desire 828 in India on November 25

HTC is planning to launch the One A9 and Desire 828 in India. Although, the company has not revealed much about the devices that it is going to unveil, but press invites have been pushed. The invite reads, "Save the Date 25.11.2015”.

The HTC One A9 has stark resemblance with the Apple iPhone 6, due to which the device received a lot of online backlashes. However, HTC stays firm with its design and defends the designing team outrightly. The company has employed the same design in its upcoming smartphones. The One A9 was announced last month while the Desire 828 was unveiled in China in the beginning of this month.

Coming on to the specifications of both the devices, the HTC One A9 comes with a 5-inch 1080p display. It is powered by a Snapdragon 617 64-bit octa-core chipset coupled with a 2GB of RAM for the 16GB internal storage variant, and 3GB of RAM for the 32GB storage variant. It sports a 13-megapixel primary camera with OIS, along with a 4-Ultrapixel front-facing camera. The device runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with HTC’s in-house Sense UI on top, and supports connectivity options such as 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. It is backed by a 2,150mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 technology.

On the other hand, the HTC Desire 828 comes with a 5.5-inch 1080p display, and is powered by a MediaTek MT6753 octa-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM. It has 16GB internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 2TB via microSD card. There is a 13-megapixel primary camera with LED flash onboard, along with an Ultrapixel selfie camera. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with Sense UI on top, supports connectivity options such as dual-SIM, 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and is backed by a 2,800mAh battery.
