The smartphone OEMs from China are making their way to Indian shores at a brisk pace. Elephone, another Chinese OEM has just announced its India entry. Elephone has tied up with Snapdeal to launch its first smartphone in the country, the Elephone G7, which will be sold exclusively through Elephone.
The Elephone G7 comes with a 5.5mm metal frame with really thin bezels which lend the smartphone a premium look. The device has a 5.5-inch HD display and boots Android 4.4.2 KitKat. It would have been better if it came with Android 5.0 Lollipop on-board. There a 1.4GHz octa-core processor ticking inside and it is joined in by 1GB of RAM.
