Tata Docomo has launched a new first recharge coupon-51 (FRC) for its new prepaid GSM customers in the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana regions. Under the new plan, the FRC is available at Rs. 51, and it offers full talktime on all top up recharges starting at as low as Rs 10, for 6 months. Plus, FRC 51 also provides talk time of Rs 30, 100 free SMSs every day for 30 days, and local/STD mobile tariff to any network @ 1p/ per second on pay per second pulse.
