After launching the Canvas Express, the Canvas 4 Plus A315, and the Canvas Nitro A310, the indigenous smartphone maker Micromax doesn’t want to stay behind in cashing-on the ongoing selfie trend, and therefore it has unveiled its first selfie smartphone, the Canvas Selfie. Equipped with 13-megapixel front and back cameras with dual LED flash, the Canvas Selfie is said to target “the image-conscious women.” The additional features of the camera include LED flash with Sony image sensor with autofocus lens. The camera app comes loaded with additional features such as face slimming, eye enhancement, skin smoothening, and teeth whitening.

It comes with Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box, and is available in Mystic Blue and Angelic White colours. The handset, which will hit the stores in January next year, also has two SIM card slots.
