Xiaomi might put up 100,000 devices on sale every week during Diwali

According to a report from Reuters, Hugo Barra (Vice President, Xiaomi International) has disclosed Xiaomi's plans to put up 100,000 units on sale every week during the upcoming Diwali festive period. After launching itself in India, Xiaomi has managed to sell 95,000 units of Mi 3 and around 180,000 units of the Redmi 1S. At this pace, we won't be surprised if Xiaomi manages to sell over a million devices collectively by the end of this year.

It is also reported that the Mi 3, whose sales were discontinued before launching the Redmi 1S will be back for sale during Diwali. Xiaomi will the launch the Redmi Note in India before bringing the new flagship device, the Mi 4 in the country.
