Aircel Now Offers Free Mobile Radio IVR Services

Aircel now offers ‘Mobile Radio’ an IVR service wherein the customer dials in and listens to music completely free of cost.

This service offers aircel customers to listen to non-stop music on their mobile handset by simply dialing a toll free number 56060555. The customers will have an option to select their favorite songs ranging from different genres, artists and in various regional languages.

Anupam Vasudev, Chief Marketing Officer, Aircel Ltd, said, “. At Aircel, we have taken note on the shifting subscriber usage pattern and have devised innovative products and services catering to our customers. Aircel’s Mobile Radio is one such service which will offer our customers non-stop regional music by simply dialing a toll free number and without paying any subscription charges for music service. This will help us reach out to population in tier 2&3 markets willing to experience diversity and innovation with their mobile phones.”

He further added, “We are delighted to partner with Techzone for Aircel Mobile Radio. It is also a viable platform for advertisers as the customers get to listen to an advertisement after each song.”

All existing and new customers irrespective of the handset can enjoy this service.
