India's leading cellular service provider Idea Cellular has come up with a new prepaid balance transfer facility - BUDDY RECHARGE. With this new plan you can transfer your prepaid balance to your friends. For each Rs 5 transfer Idea will charge Rs 2.

  • Open for all prepaid subs except for PCO, datacard & coinbox with Age on Network > 3 Months.
  • Rs 5: Rs 5 to be transferred from A Number to B Number.
  • Processing Fee to be charged for A Number is Rs 2. Hence a total of Rs 7 will be deducted from A Number.
  • Offer to be available for AON > 90 for A Party. For B party there is no AON constraint.
  • Buddy Transaction to be restricted to 2 / day.
  • Customer to dial a short code*151*4 digit PIN no**5# , which will enable the buddy transfer.

Idea and Nokia partners to offer free facebook access and 500MB data per month for 3 months to Nokia Asha 205 users.

  • It will be TAC code based offer. Offer valid only for Nokia Asha 205 (TAC Code – 35369805) through HBO Application
  • Capping of 500 MB per month . Post 500 MB charging will happen as per Data pack /Default Plan of the customer.
  • Benefit will be applicable for both new and existing subscribers.
  • Face book benefit will not make any impact on subscribers data pack (if any).
  • Benefit will be applicable only ONCE for every IMEI & MSISDN.
  • Offer applicable through Face book App & Nokia Xpress Browser Only
