This is not Photon+ high speed data service, Its launch of Samsung new mobile handset corby along with Tata indicom connection can give user high speed to browse on the mobile.

Today all data services on mobile are running under 2g except of BSNL / MTNL who are using 3G in select places.

BSNL need to innovate fast and give 3G experience to subscriber to hold them in the network
