Tata Docomo Launches USSD Based Customer Service Platform

Continuing its innovative best offers in telecom industry, Tata Docomo, India’s fastest growing telecom operator has come up with a new USSD based customer service portal for its prepaid mobile phone subscribers.

The solution is a self-service system that allows Tata Docomo Mobile Service users to quickly access services and information on their mobile handset just few clicks away.

its totally fraud USSD based service i tried *191# selected 5 for last 3 recharge histories but its showing old data last 1 month back recharge history not showing before day or current day recharge history… its totally fraud service ….. its better to go for BSNL service … this tata docomo people not sending recharge alert messages also once after make SPL recharge packs through tata docomo online recharge portal …. totally fraud service ….. their juice up packs 1 pais/ 2 secs not working all the people go for BSNL its a reliable service … otherwise unclaimed balance… Read more »

docomo is very worse in activating special packs which customer has not activated but it gets automatically activated

docomo is best in offers and marketing but lags behind on network and quality related issues.

Easy..easy..Just note down c/care,nodal & applt officers AND TRAI’S mail id from the network’s website. write your detailed grievance.send it to all.lastly don’t forget to mention “COPY TO: TRAI” Then see yourself how fast things move.
