Yes this is true Exactly after 50 minutes docomo gprs is hanged, I think this conspiracy is from TATA DOCOMO intentionally for obvious reasons

Really bad service… besides when ever i recharge my no. every time sum pack is activated (PS.I dont subscribe to any of those packs) and a big amount from the recharge or sometimes the whole amount is deducted. then balance refund is denied most of the times. In one such case a customer care guy called from his personal number and asked if he could be friends….!! I mean this is ridiculous! definitely shifting to some other operator.

@Tata DOCOMO Sir, Very sorry to say but I think I too should shift to another operator for better network coverage. Any time I connect to the GPRS for internet, It gets disconnected on its own after 40-50 minutes. Very difficult to even update antivirus/ software or any article of more than 10-15 MB. i agree with your view point. TATA docomo has problem whr as uninor we can have clear voice and no voice breakage.

Amit.G : Good offer by Tata. I still feel that network quality of Tata is not like that of uninor or Idea cellular. Tata’s 2G network wont allow to have a clear conversation while travelling in city itself at 30Kmph(Thanks to bangalore traffic) voice breakage and sometimes disconnects. Wher as its 3G network offers good quality services and infact No 3G operator has covered bangalore so well like Docomo. If 2G network is improved then docomo truly rocks. same case here, bro. i had a docomo connection, but i had to dump it due to poor network coverage. but its… Read more »
