Can any one tell me the service of Tata Docomo in Navi Mumbai/Panvel area ? Especially the connectivity ? I am thinking to port out from Vodafone since they are charging me Re.1 minimum for a call when some others are charging 1 paise/Sec or 1 paise/2 secs.
