In tamilnadu, TATA DOCOMO’s fulltalk time starts from 150rs only. Really a costlier operator. But RELIANCE GSM’s new ‘thala plan’ gives full talk time from just rs.10. Amazing.

Docomo is also giving full talk time on 35 and 55 recharge

Its not for all customer. Selected customers only. Why they are not ready to give this 35 and 55 full talk time offer to every one in tamilnadu?
