As you all are aware of the 3 days disruption of Blackberry Services last week (11th -13th Oct’11) .
Last week at TelecomTalk we shared a story on Blackberry Outage Indian Operators Don’t Care For Customers.
We also saw recently RIM offered free APPS worth $100 free but Indian operators were Mum on the same not even a single operator cared to come up with any compensation plan.
But we waited Long now our feedback which we shared has been heard by TATA DOCOMO .
TATA DCOCOMO have extended the validity of the Prepay customer as who were impacted and are currently active in the system with Blackberry services with monthly plan .
Other operators are still Mum we hope other operators will soon follow Tata Docomo in this move.
