Lagta hai ki MTNL ka dhyan sirf no. of plans badhane me hai. Ek ke baad ek similar plans? Kisi mein ye charge 10 paise jyada, kisi mein wo charge 10 paise kam. Jo bhi plan ho damdaar hona chahiye na.
