In an attempt to reach more users Mydala, country's leading mobile couponing platform has partnered with Tata Teleservices to launch unique mCoupon service.

This service will be a combination of push and pull based service where Tata DOCOMO GSM customers will be able to choose and see the deals of specific categories or the most popular deals. It will be based on ased on their geo-location and buying pattern. Mydala’s new age mobile advertising solution will help Tata DOCOMO to provide value to their users by showcasing exclusive offers on local lifestyle choices. The combination of technology and easy to use mobile application enables the service provider to take the benefits of the internet to the masses.

mydala’s unique user friendly analytical system provides exciting and exclusive offers, aiming at a seamless on-the-go consumer experience. Deals range from F&B, health & wellness, entertainment and travel; users can make payment directly from their mobile account and redeem it within seconds.

Rishi Mohan Malhotra, Head of VAS for Tata DOCOMO, said “Location based mobile application is the way forward for generating customer loyalty. mydala helps us in our endeavour of achieving this next milestone of telecom convergence. As more and more users throng to our value offerings we hope to create a stronger affinity with our customers. We are driven by our vision to offer what our customers desire. We will keep on innovating and building partnerships which benefit our users.”

Commenting on the partnership, Anisha Singh, Founder & CEO – mydala, said “We are delighted to have partnered with Tata DOCOMO. This service will be available for Tata Docomo GSM prepay and postpay customers only. The deal platform will be available on Tata Docomo's Dive-In portal (WAP) as well as on Docomo Deals - m.docomodeals.in. Now the catch is browsing over there is not free, or it will be charged from your internet balance, rather customers will be charged standard 10paisa/10kB.

I tried with Tata Docomo CDMA internet: You are not a tata docomo User. If you are a tata docomo user then try using internet/dive-in connectivity.

E-commerce websites have their own charm and they are now tieing up with mobile operators to reach more users. Earlier Yepme had partnered with Aircel. However Yepme is not that popular to make huge difference. Though Mydala-Tata Docomo sounds good, 'internet charges applicable' kills the fun!
