DEN Networks joins hands with the E Retailer giant Snapdeal to launch a Tele Shopping Channel

In one of its kind deal DEN Networks which is a blooming MSO with a very good subscribers base has announced a Joint Venture with the Online retailer giant Snapdeal (Jasper InfoTech).

According to this deal which is essentially a 50:50 joint venture, DEN networks will introduce a new shopping channel that will act like an virtual market place similar to how Star CJ and Home Shop 18.

DEN is expanding to Delhi, Kolkata, Pune Lucknow and Ahmedabad in the first leg of expansion. DEN has infused investments of nearly Rs250Crore to ramp up its broadband services.

Snapdeal is a e retailer that deals with a diversified range of products including tablets, Laptops, apparels, Sunglasses, fashion accessories, Automobile parts amongst many other things. They also run the ‘Launchpad’ which is a platform wherein entrepreneurs can meet up prospective investors easily.
