The official announcement from ARTCI indicates the intention to choose a firm responsible for developing mechanisms to facilitate the sharing of active telecommunications (TIC) infrastructure, as part of the deployment of 5G networks in Cote d'Ivoire. Currently, 5G has not yet been introduced in the Ivory Coast, a nation located along the southern coastline of West Africa.

The regulatory body is also actively seeking a contracting firm, as evidenced by the proposal outlining the selection of a company tasked with conducting a study on the formulation of a digital inclusion strategy.
