One of the worst customer service ever i had faced from any operators in this industry. If we want to get any information from customer care service executive we have to wait for 10 to 20 minutes and after getting him on line they will talk rudely for disturbing them.Lack of training is highlighted here. We can get the complete picture of BSNL and its customer service once we try to talk to any of the customer executive. VEry Bad abd Very poor customer service.
