I have a Mithram prepaid SIM (normal PPS billing) and the off-net calls are still being billed at 1.2 p/sec. Just wondering whether BSNL hasn’t rolled out the new tariffs here yet.

BSNL Karnataka has launched all these new plans from today. However no information about migration is available in the site.

enjoying bsnl pay per second plan now… for me they should do two more things to be completely satisfied… one improve customer care, second provide full EDGE speed rather than capping it at 128kbps…
all other companies provide offers for customers based on their usage.. but bsnl gives offers to everyone equally…
