The worst network in india and very poor customer service in call centres and support centres in exchange. Better it can be handle to private sectors. Private sector like airtel launching 3 g services in villages with 5 mbps and the bsnl giving only 256 kbps in main cities which is supporting of 3 g covered areas. God damn network and nobody can improve it. It having a very poor coverage in chennai. Better it must to handed over to private concerns. Do it quick.
