The telco which was once the ruler of the industry has slipped a few spots because of the merger of Vodafone Idea, and also, the company’s financials have been dented with the data tariff war which was started by the entry of Reliance Jio in the industry in 2016. Now with the motive to set itself apart yet again in the industry, Bharti Airtel has made a massive change to its postpaid plans. Airtel Rs 499 and Rs 749 Postpaid Plans

The first thing to note is that the Airtel has set a new baseline for the postpaid plans. While previously, the cheapest postpaid plan in Airtel’s portfolio was the Rs 399 plan, now the Airtel postpaid portfolio starts at Rs 499. This plan offers 75GB of 3G/4G data with data rollover option alongside unlimited local and STD calling. The plan also offers 100 SMS per day. As part of new Airtel Thanks benefits, the telco is offering three months of Netflix subscription, one year of Amazon Prime subscription, ZEE5 subscription, Airtel TV and handset protection as well.
