OnePlus has announced a free replacement policy for the OnePlus 13 series devices including OnePlus 13 5G and the OnePlus 13R 5G. But this is only for people who purchase the devicese before February 13, 2025. The company has said that eligible users will be entitled to get free replacement within the 180 days of purchase, which equates to around six months, in case there is any hardware issue with the device. Many users are tensed about the greeline hardware issue on the display that OnePlus devices have suffered in the past.

To address any such problem, OnePlus has announced that it will directly replace the device for the consumer. This is only for the OnePlus 13 series and not for any other OnePlus device purchased during the period. Note that OnePlus had also announced lifetime free warranty for the display of its devices recently, which addressed the ongoing green-line issue scare for the customers.
OnePlus Allows Users to Extend the 180 Day Period by 3 More Months
After six months or 180 days, users can opt to extend the device replacement coverage by three more months. However, for that, customers would be required to pay a certain amount. For the OnePlus 13, that would be Rs 2,599 and the OnePlus 13R, that would be Rs 2,299. This means, customers would essentially have nine months of coverage here, and peace of mind. Note that even after nine months, the screen warranty will be in place in case any green line issue occurs.
