Xiaomi has been very pushy with its prices recently. The company’s not to blame since the price hike on its products is understandable because of the increased cost of manufacturing and shipment. Now, the company has increased the prices of five of its smartphones in India. These smartphones are - Redmi Note 10T, Redmi Note 10S, Redmi 9 Power, Redmi 9, and Redmi 9i. Let’s take a look at all the devices’ new prices.
Xiaomi Products Which Just Got a Price Hike
The development has been first reported by MySmartPrice. The Redmi Note 10T, which was recently launched in two variants with 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB for Rs 13,999 and Rs 15,999, has received a Rs 1,000 price hike in each of its variants. So now the 4GB+64GB variant is available for Rs 14,999 and the 6GB+128GB variant is available for Rs 16,999.
The Redmi Note 10S has received a price hike of Rs 500 on its superior variant. The base variant of the device is still available for Rs 14,999 (6GB+64GB). But the superior variant with 6GB+128GB is now available for Rs 16,499 instead of Rs 15,999.
The next device is Redmi 9 Power. The device was launched in India in three variants - (a) 4GB+64GB, (b) 4GB+128GB, and (c) 6GB+128GB. The (a) and (c) variants have received a price hike of Rs 500 each. The (b) variant is still available for Rs 11,999. However, the (a) and (b) variants are available at a new price of Rs 11,499 and Rs 13,499, respectively.
Then the Redmi 9 has received a price hike of Rs 500 on its base variant with 4GB+64GB, which will now be selling for Rs 9,499 instead of Rs 8,999. The superior variant with 4GB+128GB is still available for Rs 9,999.
Lastly, the Redmi 9i has also received a price hike on its base variant that comes with 4GB+64GB. The new price of the Redmi 9i base variant is Rs 500, more expensive at Rs 8,799, while the 4GB+128GB variant is still selling for Rs 9,299.
