OxygenOS 9.5.4 for OnePlus 7 Pro: What’s New?

The OxygenOS 9.5.4 does not bring any new features to the table, but it improves the overall user experience to the customers. Firstly, the update brings some optimisations to the system-level features. OnePlus has optimised the double tap to wake and ambient display options. The update also fixes one of the annoying bugs present on the OnePlus 7 Pro which is the delay in audio while playing games on a Bluetooth headset. For example, I played PUBG Mobile using the OnePlus Bullets Wireless 2 headphones on OnePlus 7 Pro and there’s a significant audio lag like around two seconds which is underwhelming. Initially, I thought the issue is something related to the game, but OnePlus says the issue has now been fixed with OxygenOS 9.5.4 update. The OnePlus 7 Pro lacks the 3.5mm headphone jack so if you a distraction-free gaming experience, you’ll have to rely on wireless headphones. The changelog also mentions general bug fixes and improvements.
