The Indian e-commerce giant, Flipkart has also made a product page live on its website which although does not give away a lot but hints towards the launch of the Google Pixel phones. The New Pixel Line-up Will Not Compromise the Rear Camera

It is very well known that the cameras which the Pixel phones pack are simply the best out there and as such, they set the benchmark when it comes to imaging for other smartphones. The reason for Google’s success in the smartphone market can also be attributed to the Pixel’s camera setup. According to DroidLife, the Pixel 3a and the Pixel 3a XL will pack equally impressive cameras like the original Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL which will be accompanied with Night Sight. There will also be support for portrait mode photos, Motion Auto Focus, and unlimited Google Photos storage. The tech blog had also revealed before that the Pixel 3a and the Pixel 3a XL would retail with $399 and $479 price tag respectively.

Other leaks have suggested that the Pixel 3a will pack a 5.6-inch display while the Pixel 3a XL will have a 6-inch screen as opposed to 6.3-inch on the Pixel 3 XL. Also, the design of the Pixel 3a and the Pixel 3a XL have been tipped to be mostly similar to the original Pixel 3 series with the curved bezels around the top and bottom of the front display except that the new Pixel phones will not come with the notch which the Pixel 3 XL and the Pixel 3 were bestowed with.

Google Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL to Come in 3 Colour Options

According to DroidLife the Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL both will sport 12.2MP Dual Pixel rear-cameras, and internally they will pack 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, 8MP selfie cameras, 3,000mAh (3a) and 3,700mAh (3a XL) battery cells and on the rear side we will see a circular fingerprint sensor. The “Active Edge” technology, which summons Google Assistant by firmly gripping the sides of the phone will also make a comeback on the Pixel 3a and the Pixel 3a XL.

Other leaks from Twitter user @Samsung_News_ have highlighted that the Pixel 3a and the Pixel 3a XL would come in three finishes – the Clearly White, Just Black and Purple-ish. Also, the phones will boot Android 9 Pie out of the box and will pack Snapdragon 670. Additionally, the phones have been hinted to support fast charging via USB-C.
