Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 7 Pro in India last month alongside the Redmi Note 7. More than the Redmi Note 7, the Pro version gathered more consumer attention. Why? It is because of the features it offers to the users at such an affordable price. The Redmi Note 7 Pro comes with a starting price of Rs 13,999 for 4GB RAM/64GB storage variant. There’s also a 6GB RAM/128GB storage model of the Redmi Note 7 Pro and that variant comes with a price tag of Rs 16,999. Currently, there are several smartphones available under Rs 15,000 in the country from various smartphone manufacturers like Samsung, Nokia, Asus, Motorola, among others. But the Redmi Note 7 Pro is special. And that is because the Xiaomi phone comes with premium features like the 48MP camera on the back, dot drop notch, glass on back and front, Snapdragon 675 processor and so much more. Right now, it won’t be very wrong if we say that the Redmi Note 7 Pro is currently the best smartphone one can buy under Rs 15,000 price tag.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro Top Features: Looks

Almost everything about the Redmi Note 7 Pro is good but the primary aspect of the phone is its premium design. The Redmi Note 7 Pro comes packed with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on the back as well as on the front. Apart from some of the Nokia 6.1 Plus, so far we haven't seen any under Rs 15,000 phone comes with all glass body. In fact it is for the first time that a Redmi Note phone comes with glass body. In the past, we have seen most Notes from Xiaomi come with either metal or polycarbonate finish.

The Redmi Note 7 Pro also comes with a new design. The phone features aura design or gradient finish which adds to the overall looks of the handset. Additionally, the Redmi Note 7 Pro is the first phone from Xiaomi in India to come with Dot drop notch which includes the selfie camera inside it.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro Top Features: Powerful Hardware and Capable Cameras

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 chipset which so far we have seen powering most of the expensive phones. With the Note 7 Pro, Redmi brings the Snapdragon 675 to the under Rs 15,000 price segment category, something which any other smartphone may not achieve it in the near future.

Not just that with the Redmi Note 7 Pro Xiaomi also brings 48MP camera trend to the budget segment. The Redmi Note 7 Pro comes with two rear cameras where the main is a 48MP sensor. On the front, the phone includes a 13MP AI selfie camera.

Another good bit about the Redmi Note 7 Pro and why it is a great device for its price is that the phone runs Android 9 Pie based on MIUI 10 out-of-the-box.

So, if you're looking to buy a great overall smartphone under Rs 15,000 in India right now go for the Redmi Note 7 Pro. The phone will go on sale for the first time on March 13. It will be available on Mi.com, Mi home store and Flipkart.
