The Redmi Note 5 Pro will sport a unimetal body design, and the rear camera design resembles that of the iPhone X. A 12MP primary sensor is paired with a 5MP depth sensor, and the LED flash sits between both the sensors. The design of the phone is similar to other Xiaomi smartphones released in the past, but the Redmi Note 5 Pro comes with an 18:9 display to look more trendy. The Note 5 Pro measures 158.6 × 75.4 × 8.05mm and weighs 181grams. At the front of the phone, there’s a 20MP sensor with an LED flash. Xiaomi is touting the Redmi 5 Pro as ‘India’s Camera Beast.’
The device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset and comes in 3GB, 4GB, and 6GB of RAM variants. Storage in the smartphone goes up to 64GB with the 3GB RAM variant getting just 32GB storage. But there will be a microSD card slot for storage expansion, and the phone supports dual SIM cards.
