InFocus, in the last six months, has launched three budget smartphones- the InFocus Turbo 5, InFocus Snap 4, and the InFocus Turbo 5 Plus. Earlier this month, the brand introduced the InFocus Turbo 5 Plus, the successor to the popular InFocus Turbo 5 with a standout feature - dual cameras.

The InFocus Turbo 5 Plus costs Rs. 8,999 in the Indian market, and offers a lot for the asking price, especially on-par with other smartphones. What makes the Turbo 5 Plus distinguish from rival smartphones is the presence of dual cameras at the back, and a massive battery. That's not all. Every feature in the Turbo 5 Plus stands out for the asking price. Here are the features which make the InFocus Turbo 5 Plus a great budget smartphone.

1) Dual Cameras within a Budget

What makes the InFocus Turbo 5 Plus a special smartphone is the presence of dual cameras at the back. Offering dual cameras at Rs. 8,999 is a great stuff from InFocus. There are limited smartphones in the market with dual cameras below Rs. 10,000.

The Turbo 5 Plus not only packs a premium dual camera setup of one standard RGB sensor and a wide-angle secondary sensor. The company has added a primary 13MP sensor and a secondary 5MP sensor, which captures wide-angle images. This is the same camera setup implementation we have seen in the LG G6. The 13MP sensor has an aperture of f/2.0, whereas the 5MP sensor comes with f/2.2 aperture.

On top of these, InFocus also added a Portrait mode feature in the Turbo 5 Plus which allows you to capture images with blur effect, meaning you will get depth effect in the images.

2) Massive 4850mAh Battery

Another highlight of the InFocus Turbo 5 Plus is the beefy battery present inside the smartphone. The smartphone has a 4850mAh battery, which will last for two days with continuous usage. The phone also ships with a 5V/2A charger inside the retail box.

3) Unimetal Body Design

Most of the smartphones releasing these days feature a unimetal body design. However, even after packing a beefy battery, the smartphone weighs only 174grams. Generally, if a smartphone goes beyond 4500mAh battery, the weight of the device keeps increasing. But that isn't the case with the InFocus Turbo 5 Plus, and the weight of the device is evenly distributed.

4) Smart Fingerprint Sensor

The Turbo 5 Plus also comes with a fingerprint sensor, which is integrated into the home button. The scanner is accurate and quick in unlocking the smartphone. Along with unlocking the device, it also allows to access some applications, thus facilitating multitasking. Overall, the smartphone feels good and looks nice in hands.

5) Octa-Core Processor, 3gigs of RAM, 32GB of Storage

The Turbo 5 Plus is a powerful machine as well. The device is powered by the MediaTek MT6750 chipset, which is an octa-core chip with all the eight Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.5GHz. Graphics in the Turbo 5 Plus is taken by Mali-T860 MP2 GPU. Link to purchase InFocus Turbo 5 Plus.
