Domestic brand, Intex has launched a new entry-level smartphone in the Indian market. Dubbed as the Intex Aqua Style III, the smartphone is priced at Rs. 4,299 and it will be available exclusively on Amazon India starting today. The smartphone has entry-level specifications and gives a tough competition to the recently launched iVoomi Me2.
Diving into the specs of the smartphone, the Aqua Style III has a 5-inch FWVGA display with a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. Intex did not mention the protective layer used on the smartphone. Internally, the smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC9832A chipset, coupled with Mali 400 GPU.
The chipset is accompanied with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The storage can be expanded up to 64GB with the help of a microSD card. This dual SIM smartphone comes laden with Android 7.0 Nougat.
Intex has added a 5MP sensor at the back of the phone, along with a 5MP sensor at the front. The rear camera has support for an LED flash as well. The device measures 9.5mm in thickness and weigh in at 164grams. The smartphone has connectivity options such as 4G LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, FM Radio, and 3.5mm headphone jack.
Lastly, this entire package is fuelled with a 2500mAh battery. The Aqua Style III comes in black and champagne colours.
