Motorola has announced that its second smartwatch, the Moto 360 (2nd Gen), has been launched on Amazon.in with a starting price of Rs. 19,999. Earlier, the smartwatch was available exclusively through Flipkart. Four variants of the Motorola Moto 360 (2nd Gen) are on sale on Amazon India and they will be available for purchase starting from January 8.
The black version of this smartwatch is available in 46mm and 42mm dials with black metal bracelet bands. The silver version of the Moto 360 (2nd Gen) is available in 46mm and 42mm dials with cognac leather band. The variants with 42mm dials are available for Rs. 19,999, while the leather and black variants with 46mm dials are available for Rs. 20,999 and Rs. 23,999 respectively.
The Motorola Moto 360 (2nd Gen) features an IPS LCD display protected by Gorilla Glass 3 and IP67 water and dust-resistance. The 42mm and 46mm dials have 1.37-inch (360 x 225 pixels) and 1.56-inch (360 x 230 pixels) displays respectively. The variants with a 42mm dial has a 300 mAh battery while the variants with a 46mm dial has a 400 mAh battery.
It runs the latest version of Android Wear, and features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal storage, Bluetooth v4.0 and Wi-Fi connectivity. Flipkart still has an upper hand with the Moto 360 (2nd Gen) as it also sells the gold and silver variants of the smartwatch.
