As per a latest report published by Sammobile, Samsung is planning to launch the Samsung Z3 smartphone in India, Bangladesh, and Nepal. The Z3 is a successor to the Samsung’s Tizen-powered Z1 smartphone.
The report also reveals the specifications of the Z3, it is dubbed to come with better specifications than the Tizen Z1. The Z3 will feature a 5-inch 720p Super AMOLED display, and will be powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC7730S SoC coupled with 1.5GB of RAM. It will have 8GB of expandable storage on-board, and will be backed by a 2,600mAh battery. The phone will sport an 8-megapixel rear camera, along with a 5-megapixel front camera. It will support dual-SIM connectivity and will run Tizen’s version 3.0.
Samsung might unveil the device at the Tizen Developer Summit, which will be held on July 30th and July 31st at Bengaluru in India. After the launch, the company is expected to initiate its shipping later this year.
