Tata Docomo’s RC – 24 offers customized options to prepaid subscribers

In an effort to personalize the products and services to match the varied needs of subscribers, Tata Docomo has launched a special recharge of RC - 24 that extends the validity based on the subscriber’s usage pattern. The offer is available only for its prepaid customers.

"It also offers personalized offers for customers such as full talk time, STD packs, based upon their usage pattern,” Tata Docomo said in a statement.

RC - 24 comes with a default validity of three days and it can go up to 30 days depending on the usage.

“RC - 24 is also a step for us to further strengthen our rural initiatives outreach programme and enable our users to utilize the services at the fullest”, Tata Docomo, Head-Mobile Business Unit, Balaji Prakash said.

Docomo is coming up with more number of cost-effective personalized plans. Recently, Tata Docomo launched affordable 3G data plans, with the smallest recharge for Rs. 8 and biggest plan for Rs. 449. Rs. 8 recharge will offer the customer 40 MB data with a day’s validity.
