After an array of leaks and rumors, the successor of the Motorola Moto G is officially out of the closet. Unveiled at Motorola's IFA event, many thought that it would be called as the Moto G2 but Motorola has decided not to change the name of their mid-range market disruptor. Just like the Moto X, The new version of the Moto G will just be called as the 'Motorola Moto G' but I would not be surprised if people start calling it as 'Motorola Moto G (2014)' or 'Motorola Moto G (2nd Gen)'.

The new Moto G comes with slight improvements in specifications. It has a slightly larger 5-inch IPS LCD display but the resolution stays the same. It also flaunts stereo front-facing speakers and is also water-resistant coating on inner and outer body for complete protection.
