BSNL TO LAUNCH 3G SERVICE IN WEST BENGAL ON FEB 27

Following the launch of 3G service in Chennai on February 23 BSNL will launch 3G services in Durgapur and Haldia towns of West Bengal on Feb 27. According to the chief general manager (CGM) of  BSNL West Bengal and Sikkim circle Mr Souma Roy following the launch at Durgapur and Haldia on 27 February the 3G service would be instantly available to a small group of subscribers.By March 3G service would be introduced in 12-towns and by the end of the current year  the service would be available in 34 towns across West Bengal.
