Well according to me uninor is cheaper than mts because in uninor u get 42000 sec free to other nos &1.2lakh secs to uninor. mts offers 1/2p/sec tariff but u ll loose some money for service charge and tax when u recharge. apart from tat u ll be free to change handsets wit uninor gsm.
Its my openion and i dont knw much tariff of mts. if ter is any plan whic is cheaper than uninor then my vote goes to MTS

In kolkata uninor have very less offer with respect to other regions. Don’t know why. People here doesn’t generally go for uninor due to it’s initial cheating of DP. Frankly speaking there are very few customers here who have got 60% discount. And even if anyone got 60% discount, it gets to 20% in the very next minute.

these UNINOR, VIDEOCON, ETISALAT AND SWAN guys had got thier licenses for down to earth prices by offering bribe to the telecom minister SPECTRUM RAJA , and driven the country towards bankruptcy. So they can further reduce the tariffs hurting the standard players like AIRTEL,AIRCEL,BSNL,VODAFONE AND IDEA.These culprits sholud be punished by canceling their licenses as TRAI recomended.

Guys, very sorry for the confusion. This offer is currently avail. Only in mumbai. But do call 121 from uninor to find whthr its there in ur circle or not as there is no confirmation from the co. Bout its availability in other circles apart from Mumbai.
