Few weeks after slashing LYF device rates, Reliance Retail has now introduced a fresh round of price cuts for its popular LYF devices LYF Flame 1, Wind 5 & Water 7. LYF Flame 1 which was launched at Rs 5499, was available for Rs 4999 after the last price cut in 1st week of July; will now be available for only Rs 4399 after the current price cut of Rs 600.

Flame 1 features a 4.5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) FWVGA IPS display. It is powered by a 1.1 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 (MSM8909) processor along with Adreno 304 GPU. It has 1 GB of RAM and comes with 8 GB of internal memory which can also be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box. Flame 1 comes with a 5-megapixel rear primary camera with LED flash. On the front, there is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. It supports Dual SIM, has a 3.5 mm audio jack and FM radio. It is 9.3 mm thick and weighs 138 grams. The smartphone packs in a 2,000 mAh battery under the hood. While Wind 5 which was launched in June at Rs 6599 now has now received a price cut of Rs 1000 & would be available for Rs 5599.
The dual-SIM (Micro-SIM + Micro-SIM) supporting Lyf Wind 5 smartphone features a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS LCD display with a pixel density of 294ppi and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box. The handset is powered by a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735P SoC clubbed with 1GB of RAM. It packs 8GB of inbuilt storage and supports expandable storage via microSD card (up to 32GB). The Lyf Wind 5 sports an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash along with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It packs with a battery of 2000mAh which can deliver up to 6.5 hours of talk time and up to 140 hours of standby time on 4G network.
