    Anirban :
I know only about Tamilnadu circle. Note that voice clarity will depend upon the destination operator tower’s traffic. So I can’t give guarantee of voice clarity.

I think Reliance GSM gives Rs.74 plan voucher with 6 months validity in all the circles with low per minute callinf tariff within the state.

Reliance GSM, Aircel, BSNL, Videocon do not have international roaming facility in prepaid.
Airtel**, IDEA*, Vodafone**, Tata docomo** has international roaming facility in prepaid.

    * – no rental for international roaming
** – rental will be charged for international roaming.

Cannot believe MTS think people fall for this horrible plan..as well as horrible speed . Been using Aircel 3G getting good constant speed through-out the validity.

All these Stupid Operators does’nt understand English may be they are illiterate or just making fool of customers. Does “UNLIMITED” means 1 GB. Non-Delhi & Mumbai customer can opt for BSNL EVDO

It would be better for MTS to merge their MBlaze and Smartphone data plans but no use to shout out before the ears of a deaf. Nowadays they are providing extra talktime in our circle like recharge 20 get 25 or 60 and get 70 (whoever gets sms) then why are they so lame in providing good data tariff on Smartphones as well as on Data Cards.

Even under the FUP CAP of 1 GB, Speed will not go above 20-30kbps.
    Pathetic Speed
    Poor Network
    Don’t Buy any MTS product.
Instead go for 3G data plans.

Internet ends at the speed after 1 GB itself. Then this money sucking MTS mentioned that ENDLESS INTERNET after 4 GB (at 64 Kbps ie., at 8 KB/s). What a joke !!!. LOL LOL LOL.

18 KB/s after 1 GB till 4 GB and only 8 KB per second after 4 GB?. Sick. Cheating.

Who will use a connection with 2 (Un)FUPs?. Already all the subscribers are crying because of 1 (Un)FUP. Better get BSNL 3G unlimited postpaid at Rs.700 + service tax and use at 256 Kbps after the data limit.
