India's National telecom Backbone and GSM service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) has announced the launch special festival offers for its Mobile Subscribers across India.
The new offers launched ranges from full talk time options to promotional Free 3G Data Card with Advance Rental Plans and 20% Discount on sale price of 7.2MBPS and 14.4 MBPS USB Data card during the festive season period.

On the occasion of Navatatra & Diwali festival, BSNL Prepaid subscribers will get Full talk value equal to MRP on all Top-up vouchers/C-top-up/Flexi top-up (GSM 2G & 3G Mobile) for Top-up denomination of Rs.100 or more between the festive period of Navratra (26th September, 2011 to 7th October, 2011) and also for Diwali between (24th October, 2011 to 10th November, 2011).

BSNL offers special discount of 20% on sale price of 7.2MBPS and 14.4 MBPS USB Data card from 26th September, 2011 to 26th October, 2011. The customer has to take any of the existing 3G postpaid Data plan or recharge with any prepaid Data RCV/STV with MRP Rs.400
or more.
