India's National telecom Backbone and Mobile service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) implemented its STV-12 / STV-11 in various telecom circles across India which was announced on 3rd, June 2011 with the rationalizes all prepaid Mobile Plans as earlier we shared on TelecomTalk.
BSNL's STV-12 or STV-11 which enable its customers to enjoy FREE Incoming Calls while Roaming on BSNL Network when they visit any destination across India except Mumbai and Delhi.
The STV is now available in most of all telecom circles over C-TOP recharge system and SMS based STV activation service.
