Tata Docomo Intros New Value Added Services for South

Tata Docomo the GSM Mobile service operator, in association with IMImobile, has announced three new Value Added services namely Chalisaas, South Movie Masala and Panchaang & Astro for all its subscribers in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka telecom circles.

The services are applicable to all existing and potential subscribers. All the three services come with a monthly charge of Rs 30 and access charges of 1p/sec.




The first service is Chalisaas of various Hindu Gods in regional languages. To avail this service, subscribers can simply dial 52345003 and choose a language of their preference. Chalisaas available include Hanuman, Shani, Shiv, Durga, and Tirupathi chalisaas.

The second offering, this time for all South movie buffs, is the South Movie Masala. Covering exclusive south movies, the application provides music, movie previews, filmi news, star bits all on one platform in four Southern languages - Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. The short code to avail this service is 52345005.

The third service is exclusively for customers following astrology; Astro-Panchaang pack wherein customers can listen to their daily Astro predictions and daily Panchaang or the Panchaang of any other day of the month. The short code to access this service is 52345001.
