Motorola has officially reduced the price of Moto E5 Plus from Rs 11,999 to Rs 10,999 in India. Launched back a couple of months ago at Rs 11,999, the Moto E5 Plus sports a glass back and a beefy 5000mAh battery which will run for two days on a single charge. At the new price, the Moto E5 Plus competes with the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 which also features a 5000mAh battery and the much powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset, compared to the Snapdragon 630 SoC we get on the Moto E5 Plus. Alongside the Moto E5 Plus, Motorola also announced new prices for the Moto X4 which we recently reported, but now, they’re officially confirmed by the company.

Moto E5 Plus at Rs 10,999 is an Expensive Buy Compared to Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1
The Moto E5 Plus sports a 6-inch HD+ Max Vision display with a resolution of 720×1440 pixels and 18:9 aspect ratio. The fingerprint scanner is placed on the rear side, inside the Moto dimple, same as the Motorola One Power. The Moto E5 Plus is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset, which we have seen on phones such as Redmi 3S, Tenor E and so on back in 2016. The chipset works in tandem with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB with a microSD card.
The Moto E5 Plus runs Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box with slight Moto touches, but for the most part, the user interface is close to stock Android. The biggest highlight of the Moto E5 Plus is its 5000mAh battery underneath which supports fast charging.
